All accommodations are fully furnished. Unfurnished apartments are available for a period of one year or more. Furnished and unfurnished apartments leased for one year or more have slightly lower rental rates.

Accommodations by the day receive daily maid service, continental breakfast, and complimentary garage parking.

Accommodations by the month receive maid service five days per week; continental breakfast and garage parking are available for a modest fee.
